After obtaining her Degree in Catering at Lycée Hôtelier of Strasbourg, Aude BERTAUX FERLITO gained experience at many renowned restaurants such as Flo Prestige and Dalloyau :
(high end Parisian caterers), a gastronomic restaurant in Africa, a chocolate boutique…


Enriched with all these experiences (more than 20 years) and with her many travels abroad, Aude decided to share her passion for cooking with others. She wishes to transmit her knowledge and her experiences to foodies, in order to make gastronomic cooking and ‘home-made’ food more accessible, so that everyone can enjoy the culinary art.

With the full support of her family and friends, she decided in 2006 to open her own cooking school CUISINE SUR COURS in Nice (her home town).

As a creative gourmet chef who is always seeking out innovation, Aude excels at sharing her knowledge, tips, and tricks. With her help, your dishes will always be a success without spending hours in the kitchen, and you will fully enjoy cooking for yourself or your family and friends.
